A professional hospitalityarian (if that were actually a word!) - having a “concern or belief” in all thing’s hospitality related. The founder and owner of Inntegra since its inception in 2015.
Jade has a plethora of learnt experience across the past 30 years plus, from Operations Director, Group Operations Manager, Client Services & Compliance Manger and more recently at key hospitality trade bodies including the ALMR, Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers (now UK Hospitality) and The Institute of Licensing.
The scope of Jade’s experience means that there are not many key stake holders within the hospitality sector that Jade does not know, she prides herself on her vibrant and creative personality which is born from the buzz of an industry that keeps her highly motivated and involved.
Jade truly understands the challenges businesses face, offering advice around how to differentiate yourself to stand out from the “crowd” and how to retain and grow existing customers whilst building the new customer base to secure YOUR business future.
Sharon Dickinson

Sharon's passions in life are reflected in her career of 40 some years - including events, publishing, expensive shoes, football. But through it all she has centered firmly around hospitality.
She simply loves eating and drinking out and having fun so feels absolutely blessed to work in a sector that has drive, ambition and an attitude like a chameleon to be able to move with customer demands and trends.
Sharon's aim is to bring operators and suppliers together to forge good quality, loyal and lasting business partnerships.
For her, nothing compares to running an event packed full of business building content whilst witnessing products and business owners connect.

With a wide experience of exhibitions and conferences for both Home Leisure Direct and his freelancing business Nerds Retreat, Cieran is well versed in creating both online and printed materials to make businesses stand out.
You can see his printed and branding works at MCM Expos, Insomnia Festivals, Competitive Socialising shows and many more. Cieran has a particular aptitude for branding.
He is able to listen to the full depth of an event idea or a business's ideals and breathe life into it with a full series of branding elements: from designing the logo, its surrounding theming and all followup online and printed materials.
He also has an aptitude for web design, with a focus on creating a more intuitive and wow-worthy user experience. He even built this website!
Kelly Mortimer

Kelly started her career at Whitbread Beer Company working in a customer services then moved into sales in both On and Off trade seeing the company transition to AB InBev, culminating in the role of NAM on the Spar Account.
When she started a family. Kelly stopped working for a few years to bring up her children before returning to support her fathers business in an office manager role. She then took up the role of accounts within her own business co-owned with her husband.
Kelly provides day to day assistance across numerous roles. She has now branched out further into the Hospitality Industry as a freelance Hospitality Assistant.

Neil is a highly experienced business advisor, industry investor and technical expert. Neil brings Inntegra strategic direction, an independent oversight and advice on current challenges within the hospitality sector.

Andy’s background is from the high street retail sector, holding senior roles at Dixons Stores Group and as a Director at Phones 4u before moving onto founding the Competitive Socialising business Home Leisure Direct. Andy founded Home Leisure Direct with his wife, Michelle, back in 2007.
The company has scaled quickly to become the largest specialist games room retailer in the UK, also becoming the dominant player in the competitive socialising hospitality market.
